Disabled American Veterans (DAV) Chapter 16 is a highly active veterans' service organization based in Prescott, Arizona. It offers critical local support, including VA benefits counseling, housing assistance for formerly homeless veterans, and direct emergency aid.

Chapter Services & Resources include:

• Resource Center: Assists disabled veterans in navigating and applying for VA benefits and connecting to community resources.

• Veterans Housing: Owns three residences in the Prescott area, housing up to 14 previously homeless veterans.

• Direct Aid: Provides essential items like furniture and clothing, as well as assistance with utilities and travel.

• Community Programs: Supports the "JustBKids" summer camp program and the "Hunts for Heroes" outward bound therapy initiative to fight veteran suicide.
