Department Projects
The AZDAV 2026-2029 Three Year Plan:
Supporting Chapters and Communities
Over the next three years, Disabled American Veterans Department of Arizona is allocating funds for numerous improvements at AZDAV Chapters and to support Arizona's communities. From removing barriers for handicapped Veterans, to improving access to Chapter Service Officers through technology, to helping Veteran-focused community programs and projects move forward, the Department is committed to the DAV mission and the admonition given to every DAV officer when they are installed into their respective offices at both Department and Chapter levels:
"We are dedicated to a singular mission: to empower Veterans, their families, their caregivers, and their survivors to live high-quality lives with respect and dignity."
"I charge you to be earnest, faithful and devoted, and to remember that our mission as a Disabled American Veterans organization is not fulfilled until all our country’s wartime disabled, and their dependents and survivors, have been adequately cared for."
