Over 100 Veteran families are currently in temporary shelters in churches, community centers, or with relatives. We hope that they can return to their homes in the not too distant future, at which time they will again have to assess damages to their homes from the torrential rains and flooding. So far, 7 Veterans' homes have been identified as total losses.
